Adamites, or Adamians, were a sect of heretics that flourished in North Africa in the 2nd and 3rd centuries. Adamites oder Adamians, waren eine Sekte der Ketzer, blühte in Nordafrika im 2. und 3. The Adamites were an obscure sect, dating perhaps from the second century, which professed to have regained Adam's primeval innocence.
