The Parker Socity was the London-based Anglican society which printed in fifty-four handsome volumes the works of the leading English Reformers of the sixteenth century. فان باركر socity كان مقرها في لندن الانغليكانيه المجتمع الذي طبع في اربعة وخمسين وسيم مجلدات من الاعمال الراءده الانجليزيه الاصلاحيين من القرن السادس عشر. It was formed in 1840 and disbanded in 1855 when its work was completed. وقد شكلت في عام 1840 وحلت في 1855 عندما أنجز العمل. Its name is that of Matthew Parker, the first Elizabethan Archbishop of Canterbury, who was known as a great collector of books. ان اسمها هو من ماثيو باركر ، اليزابيثي أول رئيس أساقفة كانتربري ، من كان يعرف باسم جامع كبير من الكتب. The stimulus for the foundation of the society was provided by the Tractarian movement, led by John Henry Newman and Edward B. Pusey. حافز للمؤسسة من المجتمع التي تقدمها tractarian بزعامه جون هنري نيومان وبسي ادوارد ب. Some members of this movement spoke disparagingly of the English Reformation, and so some members of the Church of England felt the need to make available in an attractive form the works of the leaders of that Reformation. بعض اعضاء هذه الحركة استخفافا من تكلم بالانكليزية الاصلاح ، وحتى بعض اعضاء كنيسة انكلترا ورأى ان ثمة حاجة الى إتاحة في شكل جذاب اعمال قادة ان اصلاح.
Thus the society represented a cooperation between traditional High Churchmen and evangelical churchmen, both of whom were committed to the Reformation teaching on justification by faith. وهكذا فإن المجتمع يمثل التعاون بين رجال الكنيسة التقليديه العالية ورجال الكنيسة الانجيليه ، وكلاهما ملتزم لاصلاح التعليم على تبريرا من جانب الإيمان. The society had about seven thousand subscribers who paid one pound each year from 1841 to 1855; thus for fifteen pounds the subscribers received fifty-four volumes. المجتمع قد أحصي نحو سبعة آلاف المشتركين من دفع جنيه واحد كل سنة من 1841 الى 1855 ، ومن ثم بالنسبة لخمسة عشر جنيه للمشتركين تلقي اربعة وخمسين مجلدا. The level of critical scholarship is uneven in the volumes, since twenty-four editors were used and the task of arriving at the best text was far from easy. مستوى المنح الدراسيه هي الحاسمه في احجام متفاوتة ، منذ اربعة وعشرين والمحررين واستخدمت مهمة التوصل الى افضل نص وكان ابعد ما تكون عن السهوله. While some of the volumes have been superseded by more recent critical editions, this collection remains today one of the most valuable sources for the study of the English Reformation. في حين أن البعض من المجلدات وقد حلت محلها أكثر الطبعات الأخيرة الحاسمه ، وهذه المجموعة لا يزال حتى اليوم احد اهم مصادر قيمة لدراسة الانجليزيه للاصلاح.
