Monergism

Monergism is the position that "the grace of God is the only efficient cause in beginning and effecting conversion. "The opposite of synergism, this position is consistently upheld by the Augustinian tradition within Christianity. Monergism هو موقف ان "بفضل الله ، هي الوحيدة الكفء في بداية القضية واجراء التحويل." عكس التآزر ، وهذا الموقف الذي تمسكت Augustinian في اطار التقاليد المسيحيه. Representative is the attitude of Martin Luther. Luther believed that salvation was by grace alone through faith, arriving at this position from his study of Rom. الممثل هو موقف مارتن لوثر. وثر يعتقد ان طريق الخلاص هو نعمة من خلال وحدة الايمان ، وصولا الى هذا الموقف من دراسته للذاكرة للقراءة فقط. 1:16 - 17. The believing faith that receives this grace is itself the gift of God. 1:16 -- 17. فإن الاعتقاد ان يتلقى هذا الايمان هو في حد ذاته نعمة هبة الله. In his explanation of the third article of the Creed, Luther commented: "I believe that by my own reason or strength I cannot believe in Jesus Christ, my Lord, or come to him. But the Holy Spirit has called me through the Gospel, enlightened me with his gifts, and sanctified and preserved me in true faith." في شرحه للمادة الثالثة من العقيدة ، وعلق لوثر : "اعتقد ان وفد بلادي لسبب او لقوة لا اصدق في يسوع المسيح ، وربي ، او المجيء اليه. ولكن الروح القدس وقد اتصل بي من خلال الانجيل ، المستنير مع صاحب لي الهدايا ، وكرست ولي في الحفاظ على الايمان الحقيقي ".

The same teaching was embodied in his Bondage of the Will, where he affirmed, "Man's will is like a beast standing between two riders. التعليميه نفسها وتجسدت في تقريره للعبوديه وسوف ، حيث أكد "ان الرجل سيكون هو مثل الوحش الداءمه بين اثنين من سائقي الدراجات البخاريه.

If God rides, it wills and does what God wills.... اذا كان الله جولات ، والوصايا ويفعل ما شاء الله... If Satan rides, it wills and goes where Satan wills. إذا كان الشيطان جولات ، والوصايا والوصايا وغنى فيها الشيطان. Nor may it choose to which rider it will run, or which it will seek; but the riders themselves fight to decide who shall have and hold it." كما لا يجوز ان يختار رايدر الذي سيستمر عرضه ، أو التي ستسعى ؛ سائقي الدراجات البخاريه ولكن الكفاح من اجل انفسهم من يقرر ويكون على عقدها ".

Luther regarded repentance as the work of God in man, citing such texts as Acts 5:31 and 2 Tim. كما يعتبر لوثر التوبه عمل الله في الانسان ، مشيرا الى مثل هذه النصوص من اعمال 5:31 و 2 تيم. 2:25. While the human will was free in civil matters, concerning spiritual choices it was bound in sin. وفي حين كانت حرية الاراده البشريه في الشؤون المدنيه ، بشأن الخيارات الروحيه انها ملزمة في الخطيئة. This view was reflected in the Formula of Concord, which stated that "man of himself, or from his natural powers, cannot contribute anything or help to his conversion, and that conversion is not only in part, but altogether an operation, gift and present and work of the Holy Ghost alone, who accomplishes and effects it, by his virtue and power, through the Word, in the understanding, heart and will of man." هذا الرأي في صيغة الوفاق والذي جاء فيه ان "رجل نفسه ، أو من اسرته الطبيعيه بين السلطات ، لا يمكن ان يساهم في أي شيء أو ان يساعد على تحويل بلده ، وهذا التحويل ليس فقط في الجزء ، ولكن العملية تماما ، وهذا هدية والعمل من الاشباح المقدسة وحدها ، من الآثار التي تنجزها وأنه ، من صاحب الفضيله والسلطة ، من خلال الكلمه ، في فهم ، وسيكون من قلب الرجل ".

The implication of this doctrine is that if one is saved, it is entirely the work of God; if one is lost, it is entirely the fault of man, who, while not free to accept the gospel, is by nature able to reject it. الآثار المترتبة على هذه النظريه هو انه إذا كان واحد هو انقاذ ، وهو تماما عمل الله ؛ اذا ما فقدت ، ومن الخطأ تماما للرجل ، من حين ليست حرة في قبول الانجيل ، هو بطبيعته قادرة على رفض من رفض . Calvin developed his theology in a different direction. كالفين وضعت له لاهوت في اتجاه مختلف. Like Luther, upholding the sovereignty of God in conversion, Calvin differed from the German Reformer in affirming the perseverance of the saints (Luther felt it was possible to fall from grace) and in teaching that the lost were condemned because God willed them lost (damnation was a theological, not an anthropological, mystery, as it had been for Luther). مثل لوثر ، واعلاء سيادة الله في التحويل ، كالفين تختلف عن الالمانيه المصلح في مؤكدا مثابره القديسين (لوثر ورأى انه من الممكن ان ينخفض من نعمة) والتدريس في ان المفقودة وإدانة لهم لأن الله فقدت الاراده (الإدانة وكان لاهوتية ، لا انثروبولوجي ، والغموض ، كما كان لوثر). Differing from both Calvin and Luther was the predominant position of the Roman Catholic Church, that grace plus faith (itself a good work) brought conversion. يختلف عن كل من لوثر وكالفين هو المهيمن للكنيسة الروم الكاثوليك ، بالاضافة الى ان الايمان نعمة) في حد ذاته عمل جيد) جلبت التحويل.
